Severn Trent Management Services (STMS) is a team of professionals that provides a full range of customized management and financial services to special districts, municipalities, and community associations across the southern U.S.
We currently have an extensive footprint in Florida, Georgia and Texas (formerly PCMI). Within these states, we provide association management services to over 140 communities. Our professional management and financial support teams are the leaders in the industry and provide “Best in Class” customer service to meet the needs of developer and resident boards for Single Family & Master Planned Communities, Mixed Use, Luxury High Rises & Condos, Townhomes, and Commercial properties.
STMS also provides a full range of services to more than 100 districts and associations throughout Florida. We are very proud to have taken part in establishing over half of Florida’s existing districts. In fact, in 1980, we were instrumental in creating Florida’s Chapter 190 Community Development District legislation.
Furthermore, we provide financial support to municipalities. These services include accounting, budgeting, procurement, City Manager services and more. Our expertise allows municipalities to outsource these functions to save money for the municipality and enables them to better focus on residents’ needs and the business of the city.
